Shipping Time for Resellers (Bulk Orders)

📦 South Africa

For local reseller or bulk orders within South Africa, please allow 5 to 10 working days for:

  • Order processing and quality control

  • Secure packaging

  • Courier dispatch and delivery

We work with trusted courier partners to ensure your order reaches you in excellent condition and on time. You will receive tracking details as soon as your parcel has been dispatched.

🌍 International Shipping

For international resellers, delivery may take 7 to 14 working days, depending on:

  • The destination country

  • Local courier networks

  • Customs clearance times

Please note: Delays may occasionally occur due to customs procedures, public holidays, or unforeseen shipping disruptions.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive an email or WhatsApp message with your tracking number and courier information. You can use this to monitor your delivery status in real time.
